My last weigh-in was on the 19th, and I had lost 10 lbs in 14 days. My next appointment is on the 2nd, and I would like to have lost 10 more!0

Checking in: so lost 5 pounds before Christmas and gained it all back by New Year :-(

I know this post is from last year, but ULTIMATELY, I'd like to lose around 25 lbs. I want my weight to be around 145-155. If I get to 145 It's on!0
