Im looking for like minded friends that love to lift that I can support and they will do the same. Friends that I can exchange workout plans and diets with. Friends that will push me to that next level and I will do the same for them. EVERY HEAVY LIFTER NEEDS A GOOD SPOTTER to have his/her back.
