I'm out of this month's challenge ya'll. I went over my calories by 117 yesterday. Its been awesome and I look forward to next month. It sucks that I failed and I could easily have lied but this was a challenge to me. Good Luck you guys!

    So sorry to hear that you are out now!! :sad: I know exactly what you mean about being honest to yourself!! That's why I love this challenge so much. Keep going at it anyway....good practice for next month!!

    Hi Jennifer, I am sorry that you are out... :( But definitely try again next month. I agree that this is all about accountability to ourselves. We can keep on encouraging each other on our pages.
