Spinach “Burgers”
1 bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 c diced onion
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix well in a bowl like this and form into patties.
Cook on preheated grill until no longer than 15 to 20 minutes.
I put all ingredients into the recipe calculator and the whole recipe is 550 Cals ( The recipe doesn't say how many "burgers" it makes but if it makes 4 then that is 138 cals each, when I make them this weekend I will update as to how many it makes)

I made these by the recipe (I used a 10 oz. box of frozen spinach), last night, and they were awesome! I ate them without a bun and dipped them in Dijon mustard. Thanks for sharing!!!0
