Hi everyone
I am in stage 1, workout 5. I normally do my cardio(interval running for 30 mins) on my non workout days. But I read recently that doing hiit after workouts is more effective for fat loss. Since Weight or rather fat loss is my primary goal, should I be doing it after I finish my workout? I feel so tired after the weights that I feel I have no energy for my cardio? Please advice
Thank u so much

I just started Stage 5. I confess, I did a few intervals after weights, but have since given it up and just run and do spinning on a different day.0

I can't do any kind of effective cardio after lifting. I just don't have it in me. I have no idea if it makes a difference if you do your cardio before or after lifting.
I like to do 15-30 mins of intense cardio (elliptical intervals usually) BEFORE my lifting to get warmed up and get it out of the way. However, I've recently started doing cardio intervals between sets WHILE lifting. It makes the time go by faster and helps me kill two birds with one stone. Usually I do jumping jacks, jump rope, run in place, or shadow box for 30-60 seconds between sets. It doesn't seem like much, but it really makes a difference!
On my weekends I'll usually do 1 or 2 30-minute elliptical sessions, if I have the time.0
