I am pretty good with my fitness goals ~ I run marathons and do triathlons. I do want to incorporate resistance training. I have been doing beachbody tapes for the last month to help tone up a bit. Eating the wrong things when I am stressed is something I am working on as well as eating smaller meals more often. I want to eat 90% clean whole foods and incorporate a cheat meal or so into my plan.0
