Share your goals for the rest of 2013

My goal for the last month and a half is to lose another 8-10 pounds. I would go for more, but I know that with the holidays coming up will be difficult.

I would like to make sure that I am exercising at least 4+ times a week.

I want to eat more vegetables and try some new recipes.

    Those are SMART goals. I'm not sure mine are quite so specific.

    I want to:

    1. Be in the best shape I can for test and as I head into surgery.

    2. Be able to recover as quick as I can from surgery and not lose any of the physical conditioning I've managed to do.

    3. Enjoy holiday dining (Thanksgiving AND Christmas) without losing weight loss progress. If I do, I want to recover from that setback quickly.

    4. I think losing 8-10 more pounds sounds reasonable for me too.

    5. Enjoy your new recipes.
