Maintaining Carb %???

Hello, anyone here trying to maintain rather than lose? I just wondered what percentage or gram weight of carbs you allow daily please?

Hi, I tend to maintain when I eat more than 80 to 100 carbs total (incl fiber) -- but this likely varies per person. Your mileage may vary... just keep adding them back until you notice a gain, then cut back?0

usually eat 1900- 2500 calories and maintain on 150ish grams with days up to 200 here and there. As long as I keep very active running and lifting my weight is stable and there's no cravings.
I periodically try to push the envelope (eating 40% this week) but usually wind up back under 200 since I get nervous if I start to get cravings. I'm going try to hold out a little longer and see if I stabilize.0
