I lost about 5 lbs last week but bounced back a little....If I loose 5 lbs this week then Ill be in the 170's I think its been a year or over a year that Ive been 170

    Thats so awesome! I broke into the 170s recently and its a big accomplishment!

    thank you...im hoping to get to 178 by weeks end but even if I get to 179 ill still be happy
