Will be starting Insanity

I will be starting insanity next Monday!! I am excited, do you guys have any tips to help me stay with this program?

  • Take before pics and measurements. Then take the pics and measurements again after the first month. HUGE motivation to see the inches come off! :)

    There will be days when you DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT to do your workout. You will be stiff and sore and tired...but you will be SO HAPPY when you do that workout anyway. =)

    Don't push too hard. Listen to Shaun T when he says to pay attention to your form and take a break if you need to. Don't hit pause, just catch your breath and hop back in.

    Don't be afraid to "get competitive" with the people in the video, but make sure you maintain good form at all times.

    I like to take measurements and weight weekly. Between these changes and the number of reps you complete in a workout, you will surely have a lot to be proud of!!
