Weekly Challenge #2

Options
Since we are halfway through month #1, i thought it would be a good time to up the BURN level! :devil: If you are like me and not to goal yet, then we really need to boost the calorie burn this week!

Challenge #2: BURN at least 500 calories EVERY DAY!!! If you already do that, then add 100 calories!

Here is a quick 100 calorie workout (from pinterest):
40 Jumping Jacks
30 Sit Ups
20 Squats
10 Push Ups

Disclaimer: I'm certainly not a fitness expert, so please if this is too hard, adjust it! As long as you are burning more than before!

    I am not sure if I can expound on my exercises. I might be out of this challenge.
