Well this really really really sucked. I decided to buy some junkfood one day and it lead me into a 2 week junkfood feast. I feel so terrible. Need to pick myself up and move on.

Is there any "junk food" food left?
I'm not gonna say throw it away..... Even 120lb people eat junk food sometimes!
What I do suggest though is divide it all up now, before your new day starts tomorrow. Put 1or even 2 servings per ziplock Baggie, (have a mixture even) write on the bag what it is, how many servings, and the calorie total for the Baggie. Yes, it's a little time consuming today unfortunately.....but over the next few days while you're getting back towards the front of the wagon so that it's harder to fall off, when you feel the urge for the junk food and water and a few minutes don't cure the urge, have a Baggie.
It may help keep you on track in the big scheme of things
Sometimes I make sweet and salty baggies....nuts, seeds, dried fruit, semi sweet chocolate chips, beef jerky...etc. i create a "recipe" (so it's fast and easy to log later)for the baggies, and if I eat one it's typically an all day munch fest on it since the seeds and nuts are so small and I don't do the handful toss Into the mouth anymore0
