So I am on week 3. I am taking it super slow and had to repeat a week due to work getting in the way, so I have really been doing it about 6 weeks, 3 days a week, without fail. I was at the doctor for a PT referral (unrelated shoulder pain) and my B/P was 110/74!!!! Before I started it was 120/90-something. A year ago I was on meds for it. I honestly think It is so good because of my running program. Best NSV in awhile.
Hope everyone is continuing to progress. I freaking love running.

I love runners and running too!
And blood pressure changes are a pretty typical result from running. As a matter of fact, I'm looking hopefully forward to the day when a doctor/nurse ask me if I'm a runner based on my heart rate/BP.0
