Followed by a Make-up day for day 17 of the Ab challenge that I did not do on Sunday (75 Sit-ups, 100 Crunches, 42 Leg Raises and a 65 Second Plank)

I was running short on time this morning and almost convinced myself to hold my workout for this evening but I knew the chances were good that something could mess that up so I figured that today could just be a ponytail tail and did my Hip Hop Fat Burning Cardio. The first couple weeks of the Hip Hop Ab program uses only 2 workouts but then a couple other ones get worked in. It makes it easy though to know what you need to do and you get to really learn the workout verses harder programs that you spend weeks trying to figure it out. The more you do it, the saucier you can make it.0
