Almond milk

Just wondering we're I can get almond milk,just the local supee or
Do I need to go to a organic shop.

Is it better to use instead of green milk for oats etc.

    Almond milk you buy at countdown in a carton on the shelf. Its about $4.00 a litre and super yummy. You can google to see how they compare nutritionally , but your probably got that figured out by now ;-)

    yeah i found some at countdown love it ai,no more norm milk haha maybe sometimes haha...
