Felt kinda sluggish last night, despite having skipped any workout during the day. I'm sure that's in part due to lower carbs, possibly lower calories, and besides that life in general has handed out a rough couple days. Even though I wasn't really hungry I ate a very clean dinner, and I also decided it'd be OK for me to have a beer since I "knew" I was under calories and carbs for the day. Didn't even finish the big bottle I'd opened.

Added about a pound and a half overnight. Now, I've been at this long enough to know that's probably just water weight and it will probably disappear quickly. But it firmly re-establishes in my mind that there's a time and place for beer, and it's not the middle of the week just because it's been a rough couple days. Not when I still have goals out there in front of me.
