Good morning, Fitbodies!!
Started off today with 2 minutes of planks (on elbows). My wrists are getting sore so I'm a bit discouraged. Should I take a break from pushups?
My goal today is to get in a full body workout with weights.
Going for a FITBODY! O yeah!!

Your wrists will get sore doing push ups. .. Do your planks on your elbows if you are doing them on your hands.. I like to rock back and forth on my toes, that way you really feel it in your abs.
