Good morning, Fitbodies!!

Started off today with 2 minutes of planks (on elbows). My wrists are getting sore so I'm a bit discouraged. Should I take a break from pushups?

My goal today is to get in a full body workout with weights.

Going for a FITBODY! O yeah!!

    Your wrists will get sore doing push ups. .. Do your planks on your elbows if you are doing them on your hands.. I like to rock back and forth on my toes, that way you really feel it in your abs.

    Starting the day with 200 push ups and 50 bicep curls..

    40 hammer curls with 6 kilo!

    Sims, I'm giving the wrists a rest for a few days. Is there any way to soften the strain? How does it not hurt you (and George Foreman! ;) too much?

    Hi everybody. Great starts. I'm not at work today -- I'm at home working on another miserable college paper, but will take a few breaks during the day. I'm about to go out to walk my dog.

    750 push ups and 125 bicep curls.

    Had hit a wall around 600 push ups but am feeling a little better.. Looking forward to this work day being over.

    Leaving for the day.. 800 push ups and 125 bicep curls.. Did not meet my goal of 1000 but that will be monday then.
    Did 3900 push ups this week 100 under my goal.
