I am out.. Didn't expect to eat as much as I did today--so I didn't declare it a treat day earlier.. I am going to opt out in December and will restart fresh in January--Still planning on tracking most days, but not every day in December.0 -

Well, I made it exactly one week further than October's challenge. So, hopefully that means I will make it all the way through December's challenge! The Challenge works, thank you Caradae. In Oct. I lost 5 lbs. doing the challenge for 2 weeks. This month I lost 4.8 lbs. in three weeks.
Happy Thanksgiving and I'll see you all Dec. 1st.0 -

I'm out. I didn't log the 22nd but I was trying to make up my exercise and slipped on the stair. I wrenched my elbow a bit, my neck and today discovered a soar muscle on the top of my right rear. None of this is very serious but it's got me thinking. There have been days where I've pushed my self to make this challenge either by not eating or by exercising weirdly. So, I decided today, I'm out. Thank you for the challenge. I think it's helped me to get off the plataeu I was on and for that I'm grateful. It was the extra push I needed. But I don't think I want to push so hard I have accidents. Safety first friends. I wish you all the best!0

Yes, sad to see you go, but I know what you mean. I am pushing through pain this month as well. Not sure what it is, but still going and going. Have been involved with other challenges that have required a bit more that have finally finished....WOOHOO!! Now, i will slow down a bit and see if the pain will ease off a bit!!
