Right now I really enjoy doing a medicine ball workout. I use a variety of free weights because I don't own a medicine ball right now, but I love the movements that they have us do. I use online videos from the Daily Burn. I also like kettle bell workouts.
Jumping exercises are really my least favorite kind of exercise. I have a hard time controlling certain things and it hurts my knees - and other things. : ) I feel better about jumping jacks.

When we started P90X, I hated Plyometrics. It was all the jumping. It wore me out quickly and it hurt my knees and feet. The worst was the single foot hop making a cross pattern on the floor.
I now look forward to Plyometrics day. It still wears me out, but I can make it through each exercise. I can't make a cross on the floor yet with the single foot hop (and it still hurts), but I can move back and forth (forward and back) in a straight line, so I feel progress.
Likewise when we started, I enjoyed Back and Bicep day most (pull-ups and arm curls). Those are still great exercises and I'm doing more of the modified pull-ups than I used to (and can do a couple of real chin-ups before switching to modified), but now I don't like it because it yields the fewest calories burnt. Since that translates to how much food I can eat, which I still like to do, I don't look forward to that day and sometimes supplement it with another calorie burning workout.0
