End of month 1

Hello everybody,

I just have an inquiry of how you felt by the last days of the first month of Insanity? I am asking this because that last week (week 4) I was feeling like in need of a change. I got tired of the same workouts and wanted something new and challenging! Did this happened to you? I got to a point when I got concern because I wasn't sure if I was losing motivation overall about Insanity of it was a need of change. Thankfully I started Recovery week and I feel certain now that all I needed is change!

Anyways, I am just curious!

    Today is my last day of month 1 and I’m right there with you. I’m very much looking forward to recovery week (though I hear it’s brutal) and month 2 (which is even more brutal). Doing the same 4 DVDs over and over I feel like a robot now just going through the motions… very sweaty motions, but I am finding myself spacing out a lot since I know the DVDs so well now. It’ll be good to be engaged again.

    Recovery week is today for me and I can't wait. I was also getting a bit tired of the routine as I can do it with my eyes closed.
    I'm having sciatic nerve pain since yesterday but it seems to be easing up. I'm hoping to work out later today and I would admit I am both excited and nervous to begin month 2 workouts after recovery week.

    I must say my body is toning up nicely. I have lost about 3lbs as well.
