Hi all! I am joining this group because I need some support! :-) I'm 35, and my weight has been going up and down (mostly up) for the past few years since I got married and had two babies. I really want to get back down to the weight I was when I got married. I was at 80 kg a few weeks ago, and right now I'm at 78 kg, so it's a good start. But I want to stick with this until I get down to 72 kg, instead of giving up.

My goals are to try to lose 1 kg/mo and be at my target weight by May 1. Slow and steady rather than setting myself up for failure by trying to do things too fast then getting burnt out. I'll try to eat 1500 calories most days and do stretching and stationary bike 3-4 days/week. But I need some accountability during the holidays!!
