How Did Your Weekend Go?
The good, the bad and the ugly, lay it on me. I didnt workout at all. I dont know whats gotten into me lately but I have no motivation over the weekend. Im really snapping out of it this week. Its practically November. This is a great time for an end of the year PUSH!!!

I want to be an am workout person but it’s hard to wake up. I consistently workout at lunch but I know I need to convert to a 30 min high intensity system to get results from that session.
