1 month to Christmas

This week is Thanksgiving and in one month its Christmas. What are your goals for the week and for the month?
Remember this time of year we can take out too much for our bodies. Take care of your self, get enough sleep, try not to stress out and also take a daily vitamin that includes Zinc thatll help us not get colds/sick. Also this time of year we can put on 7-10 lbs from the holidays. Try not to over eat and if your feeling hungry in between meals have healthy snacks.

My goal for the week is to get back onto track last week wasnt over eating it had to do with empty calories such as wine and sodas.
