New to group: introduction.

I am 43 & I have had a poor relationship with food since I was a teen. I am a Mom of two children. One is graduating this year. The other is in grade 1 ;) I fell off the wagon with MFP just over a year ago, but I am ready to get back on track. To begin with I will be focusing on getting in my exercise 4-5 times per week to begin with. Then I will start to buckle down on calorie intake. The exercise boosts my happy hormones naturally. I am very busy & I have some major stressors in my life, but I am tired of my health being one of them. I have a great sense of humour. If you would like to add me as a friend, please do so.
