Thanks for the encouraging words last night and tonight. I already have my menu in my diary for Thursday and will be able to cut it down a little with better portion control. I'll be under for the day though as our gym is open that morning and I'll be going.

I am bummed! I didn't track in the morning so ended up going over calories without a plan. I have done great this month and know that I can do it as long as I pre-plan. Good luck everyone, I'll see you in December.0
