Starting my day with 40 (careful) pushups, using dumbbells for grips.

    Chani keep it up you are motivating me today.. So cold here 25 degrees this morning.

    So far 300 push ups and 100 bicep curls 1 minute plank.

    18 degrees here in PA...I'm leaving in 10 minutes to walk to work with my dog (it's only a half mile).

    Sorry I wasnt around last week. I believe simsburjet let you all know I was in San Fran for a work event. Standing the whole time and walking. But a pretty heavy failure on food and drink whatever.

    I got in a superset of abs - tried mtn climbers but they're too much on my sore wrist so did some crunches and standing ab things
