Does this routine make any sense for someone just getting out of "untrained" categories on strstd.com?
>All are 3x5 unless otherwise indicated
>Warmup set 1: 0.50 working weight x 6
>Warmup set 2: 0.75 working weight x 5
>Deload 10% when rep do not advance for three consecutive sessions
>Cardio via backpacking weekdays for 60-90 minutes
ABCx
A: Lowbar squat, lunges, front squat
B: OHP, bench press, pulldowns
C: Deadlift 1x5, good mornings, bent over row
