    Yes!! How about 10 push ups and 25 squats today (in addition to what ever you normally do)?

    I started a little challenge for myself at my desk, since I need to move more during the day, decided to do squats twice a day...so far at 30 today! I plan to increase by at least 5 each day. Imagine if I do this every work day....!!

    I should do this too.... thruout the day - instead of a "Smoke Break" take a "Squat Break"! :laugh:
