Hey Everyone - I'm checking in with folks to see if people are following the meal plan to a T or if they're using it as a guide. I want to make sure I'm getting the best results and am thinking of using it as a guide, but want to make sure I'm not trying to give myself excuses to not be strict.

What's everyone else doing?

PS - Today is my first day of completing a T25 workout.

    I have not used any BB meal plans. Not sure if that is good or bad but I Have lost 42 pounds on 2 rounds of T25. I eat a 2000 cal per day diet + eat back most of my excersize and I have consistently lost 1-2 pounds a week for the past 19 weeks.

    I have never used the get it done nutrition and I am also losing 1-2 pounds a week. Even on Thanksgiving week!
