Alpha phase
I'm 2 weeks into alpha and loving it and my girlfriend has decided to start today I'm thinking about starting over with her because I know I could use more foundation. But I'm concerned the program may not yield as good of results if I donthis because of plateau-ing. Any advice?

Injury Report
NFL Style - jennicole4 (left elbow) questionable. Lol. My elbow was sore yesterday and today it is slightly swollen and hurts worse. I'm pretty sure I hyper-extended it doing spider lunges on Friday. I am worried that it won't be better by tomorrow, but I don't want to get off schedule. Anyone have any suggestions? Monday…
Drink your water
How is everyone doing on their daily water consumption? Today I didn't get as much as I needed, but came close. I had about 64 oz of water, 8 oz decaf coffee and 8 oz of a carrot/berry juice.
