I'm 2 weeks into alpha and loving it and my girlfriend has decided to start today I'm thinking about starting over with her because I know I could use more foundation. But I'm concerned the program may not yield as good of results if I donthis because of plateau-ing. Any advice?

    Yorukaze - a little late in the game, but I'd say go for repeating it! You should not plateau, if anything an extra 2 weeks will help you with nailing the DVDs!!
