30 Day Shred starting today!

I just started yesterday! It is absolutely exhausting for me while it's going on, but when I get done I feel amazing! I'm 187, 5'6" and don't have a cloth measure yet so I haven't taken my measurements (whoopsies!) but I am going to go get one tomorrow, so I am excited to be able to record my progress. Thank goodness for this group!:)
