Introduce myself

Hello keto dieters! I am new to the group, and I have been doing my first keto diet for 30 days now. I am doing a targeted keto diet (TKD), so that I can go to crossfit during the day and play basketball at night. I have been blogging about it, if you would like to learn more. If not, I just wanted to say hi, and to stay strong with this, as I've seen unexpected postive results from just these past 30 days.
