Daily Mini Challenge - Squats

Thought I would start a thread for anyone that wants to join in. I decided to start doing squats at my cubicle twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon and see how many I can get to. Also it will remind me to get up from my desk! the side effects will probably be good too
Monday I did 15 and 15 Total - 30
Tuesday 20 and 20 Total - 40

I was away sick last week so I have not been checking in. Back to squats at my desk today!
