    We're having a heat wave here! Ok, so there is a bit of a whiny tweak to that sentence. Can you believe it, though?!

    Went up 300 stairs (and down them, too!:) with 7 kilo backpack!

    Not at my desk today, so I focused all my efforts on my walk. Had a new personal best, longest distance at 5.6 mi! Ran the last half-mile just for giggles. A beautiful start to the day and still lots of time left for some stretching and isometrics.
