Yeah it might be too late, but here are Tony Horton's tips for surviving Thanksgiving and preventing that post-meal bloat….

1. Workout like a fiend first thing in the morning. Get your metabolism going and your guilt immobilized by taking care of bushiness before you sit down for the big meal.

2. If you're going to drink, do yourself a favor, and drink a big 10 oz. glass of water between each cocktail. You'll get less tipsy, act less stupid and feel better in the morning.

3. Don't go back for thirds. Fill the plate once, go back for favorites, but don't treat the day like it's your last meal on earth.
