New, Struggling and in need of advice!

HI! I am 23, 5'2, female and currently weigh 59.9kgs (132lb) I want to lose afew kilos but more importantly i want to be healthier. I own a Cafe and i used to eat:
A scone for breakfast with two black coffees
A white deli roll with meat for lunch
A slice of caramel slice for afternoon tea
2 sodas, usually diet. or 1 soda and one juice
dinner would be fish, chicken, or beef with veges and rice or potatoes ( usually fairly small portions) or Takeout 2 times a week
At least 2 glasses of wine a night
and sometimes a late night snack, a cookie or fruit toast.
I have always eaten small portions, but often. if i have more than 3 hours without anything im starving!
now i am doing 1200 Cal a day.. but i am struggling to reach 1200!!! the food i am eating seems like ALOT! please help because i know that having less than 1200 is not good for your health.

Mesculun - Mesclun Salad Mix, 55 g 10cal
Onion - Red Onion, Raw, 5 g 2cal
Subway - Tomato Slice, 3 slicse (34 g) 5cal
Generic - Red Capsicum Pepper, 10 g 3cal
Kraft - Philidelphia Extra Light, 20 g 22 cal
Presidents Choice - Goat's Milk Feta Cheese , 15 g 43cal
Hansells - All Natural Vegetable Tangine Soup, 200 g 100cal
Snacks
Weight Watchers - Potato Bakes (Sour Cream and Chives), 1 bag (20g) 84 cal
Weight Watchers - Choc Delight Indulgent Bar, 21 g 87 cal
Red Bull - Sugar Free, 8.4 fl oz (250mL)
Hansells Vitafresh - Low Calorie Lemon & Lime Drink Mix, 600 ml
My total calories were totals 886 127 28 32 2,257 41

My Breakfast smoothie consists of Almond milk, strawberries, avocado (1/4) , non fat yoghurt and honey.
Vegetable Love is just Eggplant, courgette, carrots, in a tomato based sauce.
Please tell me where i am going wrong!

I'm curious if you're using a food scale or guesstimating? If you're guesstimating, you may be eating more than you think. Add 2 tbsp of peanut butter on wheat toast & that'll add enough calories to get to 12000
