Does anyone have any advice for starting week 5? I am super nervous about it.

    If you did today's run, you will be capable of your next workout. Let the future take care of itself. Just focus on today. Slow down if you need to. Trust that the training has given you what you need, as long as you don't talk yourself out of it.

    I was really nervous about the 20 min run. I really surprised myself by jogging the whole thing, I went at a very slow pace but did it! Good luck, you will be amazed at what you can do. I was!
