Hi, I'm on my 2nd round of CLX, having done it about 18 months ago and gotten to the end of the Push phase. Then I just stopped. Not sure why, now....!!
Anyhoo, am back on CLX again have just finished my first week of the Push circuit. But other than feeling stronger I am not seeing any visible results![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
I feel smaller, but my measurements have remained the same!! According to our scales my body fat percentage/muscle percentage have not changed; and my weight has not changed (I know these things are never exact but at least using the same equipment makes it consistent). I don't appear to have lost any inches from anywhere. I can see more definition in my arms/shoulders and legs, though.
I'm sure I'm lifting heavy enough (10kg bench press, 15kg each squats, 10kg biceps, 15kg deadlifts.... 5kg triceps - try as I might I can't go any heavier than that!)
Is this normal, not to see any changes? It's pretty discouraging....

The second round I did of CLX, I did not see the changes I did w/the first--but I did them back to back. I would recommend you see it through and ditch the scale. I found with CLX the scale was not my friend--I focused on how I felt, how I looked and how my clothes fit--as long as I was happy--I didn't care what the scale said.0

I'm not a CLX veteran yet, so I can't speak for final results, but you are SEEING results from the lifting. Muscle definition IS visible proof the program is working.
My measurements have also stayed the same so far, but I know my biceps/triceps are bulging now, and there are indents where there weren't before. Seeing and feeling the definition is telling me something is going on….my shape is changing…and even if it's slight, my BF% is going down too.
PLUS, I'm way stronger and had strength gains on each move from week to week, which I think is just cool as heck.
Anyway, we just gotta tough it out. I've read that most saw their big results during/after the Lean phase. Time to get Extreme baby!
P.S. According to your ticker, you don't have much to lose. You made no mention of diet, but it's obvious that it plays a factor in results; ie..eating enough, getting in adequate protein and healthy fats, etc…
Good luck with it!0 -
If you are new to weight lifting, you will see results quicker the first time as your body isn't used to it.
I am currently on my 3rd round of CLX plus done various weight lifting routines since my original CLX adventure. None have been as successful as that.0
