Hi,
I am in one of the worst flares that I can remember ever having in my life with fibro and I have had this condition since 1995. I know what kicked it in, poor sleep....a new medication really set things off for me, and I have just now started sleeping well again...it has been three weeks! I would like to know what you do to help you get out of a flare? Thank you for your help
