    I do it on the stove with a pot and a steaming rack thingy that goes on top than the lid on that.

    I use stove top stainless steel pot steamer too.

    Why steam when you can fry your veg in butter or bacon drippings? So much tastier!

    I have a stove top steamer in fact I have 2. I am new to paleo and still struggling with the idea of frying things.

    Why steam when you can fry your veg in butter or bacon drippings? So much tastier!

    Because I like to make my broccoli and carrots mushy, then drown them in butter. :laugh:

    Stove with a shallow pot of water, then drench them in ghee :)

    Well, I steam them at times by methods already mentioned, but if they aren't fried in lots of fat, I add lots to them after steaming or even when raw. I don't ever eat a vegetable without fat. Why would I? lol
