I'm not surprised or upset. I was in a "no carb" period, added carbs back. My trainer told me this was going happen. I freaked out a little and then moved on. My measurements are still the same, so I'm okay with it.0 -
Thanks, Dan! I think some of the water weight I was holding onto from Thanksgiving finally worked itself out. Now the challenge is to keep moving in a downward direction so I can make this month's challenge :-)

Ya back to another loss! I feel like plenty of things did not change for me yet every few weeks that number goes down and it's been a long time since it went up (at least on scale days though I get some variance during the week). I know I am on a good path!
