Daunting December WL Challenge
Here it is. A new month of stress and turmoil. Holiday parties galore. Sweets, fats, carbs to the extreme.
Well, what do you plan for this month?
To continue the rolling challenge, here is the December thread. Post your numbers, check in on you weigh in schedule. Share the success and challenges as a group.
If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
My Numbers:
SW: 430 - Starting Weight, before you lost anything, and you don't have to put this here if you don't want to.
CW: 312.1 - Challenge Weight (or Current Weight) - What you weigh at the start of the Challenge.
GW: 307 - Goal Weight for this months challenge. Set for what you want to get to, but try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: 175 - LifeTime Goal Weight. Where you think you would like to be for your ideal weight.
Weigh-ins:
Week 1: 12/01/13 = (Filled in after your first week. Since my last WI from November was 11/30, I will report each Saturday in Dec.)
