Here are my measurements taken week before last! Ohh and I'm 5'7"
Weight - 178.4
Body Fat % - 36%
Neck - 14.75
Upper Chest - 29.5
Chest - 42.5
Waist - 36.25
Stomach - 40.25
Hips - 40.75
Right Upper Arm - 12.25
Left Upper Arm - 12.25
Right Thigh - 22.5

Are you going to check your measurements every 10 days? Or how often? I plan to check mine at the end of every level, and report back here.

So the only thing that shrunk was my waist! The rest I gained....0 -
Here are my measurements for Day 1!! I'm now on Day 4 and in so much pain! Not giving up! I'm 5'2!
Chest: 38 in.
Stomach (Around belly button): 44 in.
Waist: 42 in.
Hips: 41 in.
Arms: (L) 12.5 in. (R) 14 in.
Still shocked that one of my arms is 1.5 inches bigger... Oh boy..0 -
Dont worry its normal half of our bodies should be slight bigger then the other side0
