December Week 1 Mini Challenge

Welcome to week 1 mini challenge. I have decided tk change things up a little this week and try tk get some group participation.
We all try to stay within our calorie limit so j am not going to say that every day..
Most of you try to do some form of cardio every day am I am going to let you choose 30 minutes of cardio.
What I will post is a strength and a fun food challenge.
The difference is you have to post that you are in for the challenge and again when you finish it....
Monday Mjni Challenge
Give up one of your favorite foods..
Do 150 crunches
Tuesday Mini Challenge
Try something new today..
Do 100 push-ups
Wednesday Mini Challenge
Eat 2 fruits and 3 veggies
Do 100 squats.
Thursday Mini Challenge
Home cook everything today
Do 100 triceps kickbacks
Friday Mini Challenge
Add some extra fibre today
Do 100 lunges (50 each leg)
Saturday Mini Challenge
Choose healthy snack
Do 100 bicep curls
Sunday Mini Challenge
Enjoy a well deserved relaxing day
Have a great week and keep smiling ????????

I read this a bit late lol but I did do 100 push ups along with 30 minutes of yoga and a walk..
So tomorrow (Tues) I will do the 150 crunches instead0 -
Looks good. I will have to do something else on the push up day because of my shoulder but I will chinoiserie something worthy.0

TUESDAY MINI CHALLENGE
Cardio --- 30 mins sworkit cardio session
Something New --- Trialling smaller lunch portions
Daily Challenge --- 150 crunches (as I did 100 push ups on Monday instead lol)0 -
30 min cardio kick box. 30 min walk and 100 crunches
Tuesday - my trying something new is walking a dif route and 10 push ups done0 -

Great job everyone. I tried to give up chocolate yesterday but ended up making banana bread with chocolate chips. ( my bad).
Did 150 crunches.0 -
Did 45 minute interval workout
Did 100 girlie push-ups (one day ill be able to do regular)
Had a horrible eating day because I was stuck at home and bored. Way too many carbs. Need to get back to work and in a regular routine..0 -
90 wall push ups done yesterday
20 minutes long walk home which was mostly up hill
30 minute walk and jog dvd
100 squats
2 fruits and 3 vege - DONE (Blueberries and tomatoes that came out of my garden.. woo!)
Starting to feel so much better0 -

30 min workout:Run...........I was only able to get 1/2 hour on treadmill late last night since I got home late f rom work

Failed the homemade food since it was morning tea day at work which is essentially my 'cheat day' Stayed within my calories though and went for a 15 minute walk at lunch, did some cardio/strength training when i got home and did the 100 tricep kickbacks!0

So the extra fibre was a wrap with lunch instead of my usual salad.
100 lunges done.. .
and am a kilo down from last week..0
