Was using mfp goals to figure calories. Am at a stand still. Kept off 80 pounds for 10 years. Was eating 1530 on mfp goals but went to utube and figutex my bmr and tdee. Gave ne new calories of 1827 which i took 10 percent under coming up with 1645. Does this sound right. Also can i eat l food groups. I did when i lost the 80 lbs. I have akeays thought 1530 was too low for me. Any gelp appreciated. Thank you.

Congrats on great success, maintenance for vast majority is found to be harder than losing the weight.
With only 15 lbs to go, did you select the MFP recommended 1 lb weekly goal loss? Might actually have needed 1/2 lb loss.
Your choices created the 1530 goal after all.
Anyway, you did the method right with BMR and TDEE and deficit.
The only question will be did you select the correct exercise level in the TDEE chart, or try to undercut what is more honest?
You'll want to confirm you are eating enough protein, about 0.80 grams per pound of body weight. And fat at 0.3 g / lb weight. Carbs fall where they may.
Just change the % in the MFP custom setup until protein and fat grams shows at or over the recommended amount.0
