IIFYM - thoughts?

I was reading somewhere (on the IIFYM group on here) that in order to do IIFYM you have to in increase Carbs, protein and fat stay the same.. Now if I want go this route, what should I expect in terms of carbs, protein and fats?

That has nothing to do with IIFYM all iifym means is not restricting yourself or denying yourself certain foods, what your actual macros are is totally irrelevant0
