Starting my Program Tomorrow

though i am still haven't finished the book, i checked topics, downloaded schedule and starting my program tomorrow, hope this program works for me,

only thing i am dreading is eating 2057 calories as per Fat Loss calculations (-300 calories/day), i hope i eat right amount of carbs and proteins, usually my proteins are too low

i will update my post here and share how my first workout went

    ETA: the scale WILL go up, keep that in mind. It will be because of a number of reasons, don't give up and you'll do great!

    I know one thing, scale is not my friend, i prefer measuring body fat instead, thanks buddy
