I would give my opinion but there are several men who have already commented. I would like to here from women, especially mothers regardless of their fitness level.
1. Assume there are no other health issues, is it fair for a man to expect a certain level fitness from the mother of his children post pregnancy?
2. How long is too long post pregnancy (assuming no serious medical conditions)?
WHAT’S YOUR EXCUSE?
