Started off the day with BEAST MODE ON!

353 steps with 5k backpack

    Great name! My beast mode is in slow motion today but maybe I can kick myself into gear.

    25 squats
    1 plank
    10 push ups
    10 biceps curls

    Will leave within the hour to walk to work

    150 push ups
    50 bicep curls 8#
    10 pistol squats right leg
    10 pistol squats left leg.

    @sims - you're doing pistol squats! you truly are in beast mode.

    I got beat up last night in martial arts so i'm uber sore......but my abs aren't!

    10am - 30 tuck ups, 30 bicycles, 30 russians, 30 crunches.

    2 capoeira squats (ask MartialPanda - she made me do them!)

    Plus 20 each side "shoveling" with 6k db, 20 "butter churns", 20 "wood choppers", and 20 hammer curl swings. All gotten off of shovelglove.com.

    I hope to get in another set or two of each of those.

    So far 450 push ups 25 pistol squats on each leg.. Right leg is harder to balance.

    Video is a great idea. I tried googling it, but didn't really find it. Your explanation was clear. I think I get it. Don't think I can do it very well, but it was fun to "assume the position" ! :)

    Great going, everybody. I have a new boss coming Monday so I'm swamped today.

    Okay, continuing the Advent days from LeanMachines, I did 10 pushups, 10 squats, 10 tricep dips, 10 lunges, and new today, 10 squat thrusts. Plus I did the 9 Burpees for today's date in the Burpee Challenge. And due to very low temps here, I went for a walk inside the building up and down 5 flights of steps (3 floors) for 20 minutes.

    And beast mode came last night when we did a 20 minute HITT after my karate class. Jump rope (this repeats between each set of exercises), pushups, explosive lunges, kettleball one arm over head lifts, kettle ball dead lift swings, over under planks, tricep dips, bunny hops, skier's squat, kettleball situps, kettleball russian twists. And as if that wasn't enough, we then did 50 burpees. We chose to break them up into sets of 10. And I had done 17 burpees during karate already! I am feeling burpee'd out!

    nice job I did a spin class plus some intervals with my wife.. 10 push ups 1 min plank 15 kettle ball kneels and lift ups.
